About Gift Cards 

 

What type of Gift Cards can I purchase?

You can purchase either: 

  1. A Coles Group & Myer Gift Card that can be used at thousands of store locations throughout Australia including: Myer, Target, Baby Target, Target Country, Kmart, Coles Supermarkets,Coles Express, Coles Central, BI-LO, Pick ‘n' Pay Hypermarkets, Liquorland, Vintage Cellars, 1st Choice Liquor Superstore and Officeworks.
  2. A Gift Card to use at a favourite store: Target, Kmart, Coles, Coles Express, Officeworks, Liquorland, 1st Choice Liquor Superstore or Vintage Cellars  

Can I choose from multiple card designs?

Each participating retailer has nominated a single Gift Card design for corporate orders. 

 

Are Gift Cards secure?

Before a Gift Card can be used at one of the participating retail stores or to access our telephone and Internet card management services, the Gift Card order must be activated using a confidential “Bulk Activation Code”. Once an order is activated, the cards must be treated like cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

 

How will my Gift Card be presented?

All Gift Cards are presented on a specially designed presentation folder, which is matched to the chosen Gift Card design.

 

Can I create a customised message for my Gift Card Presentation Folder?

Yes, you can create a custom message that is up to 400 characters long (including spaces). The message you create will appear on all Gift Cards in an order. 

 

Do Coles Group & Myer Gift Cards expire?

Coles Group & Myer Gift Cards expire two years after the date of issue.

 

Where can the Gift Cards be redeemed?

This depends on whether you choose a card for use throughout a single store network (e.g. Target) or the Coles Group & Myer Gift Card, which can be used at thousands of participating store locations. Please note that conditions and exclusions apply. Review our Gift Card Terms of Use. 

 

What are the Gift Card Terms of Use?

How does the recipient know how much is left on a Gift Card?

Cardholders will need their 17-digit card number and 4-digit Access PIN to access these services. Alternatively Gift Card holders may check their remaining card balance by calling 1300 304 990, at our online card management service (include link) and at most registers in participating stores.  

Can more value be added?

Once a Gift Card has been loaded, the card's value cannot be increased.

 

What if a gift card is lost or stolen?

Once Gift Cards are activated, they should be treated like cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

Do I need to register to place an order?

Yes. Before you place an order, you will need to register as a client of Coles Group & Myer Corporate Services. Registering your details allows us to provide a more efficient level of service, including:

  1. Faster order processing
  2. Ability to track the status of your orders upon request; and  
  3. Notifying you about enhancements to the Coles Group & Myer Gift Card program 

How do I update my company and/or personal details?

Company and/or personal details can be updated using our Client Registration Form. Instructions on how to update your details are printed on the form .

How do I order a Gift Card?

All bulk corporate Gift Card orders are placed through the Coles Group & Myer Corporate Services team the Gift Card online ordering service Place an Order link 

 

What are the Gift Card Order Terms and Conditions?

The Gift Card Order Terms and Conditions contain important information about ordering Gift Cards through Coles Group & Myer Corporate Services. Please take time to read the Gift Card Order Terms and Conditions before you place an order.

 

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled up until the time the Gift Cards are activated. Please note that cancellation fees and charges will apply. 

 

How do I find out the status of my order?

The status of an order can be checked by calling the Coles Group & Myer Corporate Services team on 1300 725 159.

 

Is there a minimum dollar amount or number of gift cards I need to purchase in an order?

There is no minimum quantity of cards you can order. The minimum dollar amount that can be loaded onto a Gift Card is $5.00. There are additional fees and charges (e.g. delivery) that may apply irrespective of the number of cards ordered or the total value of an order.

 

Will I get a receipt or tax invoice?

Yes. A tax invoice is issued as soon as Coles Group & Myer Corporate Services process your order and payment is received. If an order is cancelled, an adjustment note is issued. 

 

Can I order cards from outside Australia?

Yes, we accept orders from overseas, but only deliver to Australian business and residential street addresses.

 

Can I negotiate a discount on orders?

Gift Card Deliveries

 

What delivery options are available and how much will delivery cost?

All deliveries are made by courier. There is a delivery fee of $14.85 per order (GST inclusive) for all deliveries throughout Australia.

 

Are the cards sent to me or can I nominate another person or company?

Gift Cards can be delivered to any person nominated as the delivery recipient.

 

How long will my order take to deliver?

Gift Cards will be delivered by courier and will take between 3 and 5 working days from the date of payment received. 

 

Why can't my order be delivered to a Post Office box?

As all of our orders are couriered to their location for security reasons, we require a signature from the person receiving the order. This is why we cannot send through the mail to P.O. Boxes.

 

Can I send Gift Cards overseas?

Because our cards can only be used within Australia, we only deliver to Australian business and residential addresses.

 

Is the delivery method secure?

For security reasons, all Gift Card orders are delivered to a recipient inactive. This means that they cannot be used until the Gift Card order is activated using the confidential bulk activation code that is sent to the person who placed the order. 

 

What payment methods can I use?

We accept direct deposit, cheque and credit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. 

 

Are there any fees and charges?

In addition to the value of the Gift Cards in your order, there is a delivery fee per Order. The delivery fee is $14.85 per Order (GST-inclusive).

 

How will my orders appear on my credit card statement?

Gift Card purchases appear on credit card statements as ‘Coles Group Gift Cards'.
