Purchasing Gift Cards

To place an order for gift cards, simply register your business as an Account. You will be required to enter your business address, contact details and ABN. Once registered, our Corporate Services team will activate your account within 24 business hours.

Registration Process

  1. Visit, complete and submit the registration form. Your registration will be approved in 24 business hours (AEST).
  2. Once approved you will receive an email from providing you with a temporary username and password.
  3. Log on via using your username and temporary password. You will be prompted to change your temporary password.
  4. You are now able to place and complete your order

Selecting Your Gift Cards
You may select either Coles Group & Myer gift cards or an individual brand gift cards. Gift cards may be loaded with a value between $5 to $4999.

Personalised Presentation
To add a personal touch, you have the option of applying a special message to the complimentary presentation folder. Or if you prefer, you can elect to receive cards without a folder. As part of our service, customers have the option to include a black and white business logo on any Gift Cards.

Activate your Gift Cards
For security reasons, all corporate gift cards are delivered 'inactive' and are activated by the recipient. You may choose to either bulk activate your gift cards, or activate them in smaller groups as you require. This can be done online.

Partial Activations
You also have the option of activating part of your order at different times, depending on your needs. For example, you can activate half on receipt, with the remainder at a later date. This is particularly beneficial from a security perspective.

Payment Options
You can pay for your gift cards by VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX, Cheque and Direct Deposit. Once payment is received, you will be issued with a tax invoice and production of your gift card order will begin.

Card Delivery
All gift card orders are delivered directly to one nominated recipient and address. Once an order is delivered, it is the nominated contact's responsibility to ensure that the gift cards are activated and distributed appropriately. Gift cards are delivered by secure courier throughout Australia.

Delivery Timeframe
Your gift cards will be delivered to the nominated address within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of payment and issue of tax invoice.

Redeeming Gift Cards

You may use your Gift Card to purchase most products available in store. Please note: Some conditions and exclusions apply. For full details regarding the use of gift cards, please refer to our Gift cards terms of use

  • Coles Group & Myer Gift Card may be used at the following retail stores: Coles Supermarkets,Coles Express, Myer, Target, Baby Target, Target Country, Kmart, Kmart Tyre and Auto Services, Officeworks, BI-LO, Pick 'n' Pay Hypermarket, Liquorland, Vintage Cellars and 1st Choice Liquor Superstore.

More Than Once, More Than One Participating Store
You might not want to spend all the amount on your gift card in one go. You can use your card as many times as you want, in any of the participating stores, until the balance reaches zero.

If your purchase is more than the amount available on your gift card, you can make up the full amount with other types of payment, for example cash, EFTPOS, credit or charge card.

Your Gift Card Value
When purchased, a gift card is loaded with a value nominated by the purchaser. If the card value is not printed on the card, you may check your balance online by using the 4 digit Access PIN on the reverse of your card. Alternatively, contact the customer response team on 1300 304 990.
You may also request a list of your gift card transaction history online. Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
