Buying Gift Cards
What type of Gift Cards can I purchase?
You can purchase either:
A Coles Group & Myer Gift Card can be used at thousands of store locations throughout Australia including: Coles, Myer, Kmart, Target, Officeworks, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor, Vintage Cellars and Shell.
A store specific Gift Card can be purchased for the following stores: Coles, Kmart, Target, Officeworks, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor and Vintage Cellars.
Are Gift Cards secure?
Yes. Before a Gift Card can be used at one of the participating retail stores, the Gift Card order must be activated using a confidential Activation Code and 4 digit ID. Once an order is activated the Gift Cards must be treated like cash as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
How will my Gift Card be presented?
If requested Gift Cards can be presented on a folder or as a single card.
Can I create a customised message for my Gift Card Presentation Folder?
Yes, you can create a custom message that is up to 400 characters long. The message you create will appear on all Gift Cards selected in an order.
Do Gift Cards expire?
Yes. All Gift Cards issued by Coles Group Limited expire 4 years from the date of issue.
Where are Gift Cards redeemed?
Coles Group & Myer Gift Cards may be redeemed at the following participating retailers: Coles Supermarkets, Myer, Myer Online, Target, Target Online, Kmart, Officeworks, Officeworks Online, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market, Vintage Cellars and Shell. Please note that some conditions and exclusions apply. Refer to our Gift Card Terms of Use. Retail store cards can only be redeemed in their store i.e.: Target Gift Cards can only be redeemed in Target
What are the Gift Card Terms of Use?
The Gift Card Terms of Use set out all of the conditions governing the use of our Gift Cards. They contain important information that should be read and understood before you purchase or use a Gift Card. Please take time to view the Gift Card Terms of Use on this website.
How does the recipient know how much is left on a Gift Card?
Gift Card holders may check their remaining card balance by calling 1300 304 990, online at giftcards.com.au using check balance or instore at most registers in participating stores. Cardholders will need their 17-digit card number and 4-digit PIN to access these services.
Can more value be added?
No. Once a Gift Card has been loaded, the card's value cannot be increased.
What if a Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Once Gift Cards are activated, they should be treated like cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Client Registration
Do I need to register to place an order?
Yes. Before you place an order, you will need to register as a client of Coles Group. Registering your details allows us to provide a more efficient level of service, including faster order processing and ability to track the status of your orders upon request.
How do I update my company and/or personal details?
Company and/or personal details can be updated using our Client Registration Form.

How do I order a Gift Card?
All corporate Gift Card orders are placed online via the Business website.
What are the Gift Card Order Terms and Conditions?
The Gift Card Order Terms and Conditions contain important information about ordering Gift Cards through Coles Group & Myer Corporate Services. Please take time to read the Gift Card Order Terms and Conditions before you place an order.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled up until the time the Gift Cards are activated. Please note that cancellation fees and charges will apply.
How do I find out the status of my order?
To view the status of your order contact the Corporate Services Team on 1300 725 159.
Is there a minimum dollar amount or number of Gift Cards I need to purchase in an order?
There is no minimum quantity of cards you can order. The minimum dollar amount that can be loaded onto a Gift Card is $5.00.
Will I get a receipt or tax invoice?
Yes. A tax invoice is issued as soon as your order and payment is received. If an order is cancelled, an adjustment note is issued.
Can I order cards from outside Australia?
Yes we accept orders from overseas. Delivery is only made to Australian business and residential street addresses.
Gift Card Deliveries
What delivery options are available and how much will delivery cost?
All deliveries are made by Courier and there is a delivery fee of $14.85 per Order (GST inclusive) for all deliveries throughout Australia. One delivery fee is charged per delivery address.
Are the cards sent to me or can I nominate another person or company?
Gift Cards can be delivered to any person nominated as the delivery recipient.
How long will my order take to deliver?
Gift Cards delivered by courier will take between 3 and 5 working days from the date of payment received.
Why can't my order be delivered to a Post Office box?
As all of our orders are couriered to their location for security reasons, we require a signature from the person receiving the order. This is why we cannot send through the mail to P.O. Boxes.
Can I send Gift Cards overseas?
Because our cards can only be used within Australia, we only deliver to Australian business and residential addresses.
Is the delivery method secure?
For security reasons, all Gift Card orders are delivered to a recipient inactive. This means that they cannot be used until the Gift Card order is activated using the confidential bulk Activation code and Activation ID that is sent to the person who placed the order.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept direct deposit and credit card payments including Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
Are there any fees and charges?
In addition to the value of the Gift Cards in your order, there is a delivery fee per delivery address. The delivery fee is $14.85 per delivery address (GST-inclusive).
How will my orders appear on my credit card statement?
Gift Card purchases appear on credit card statements as 'Coles Group Gift Cards'.
