How to purchase and redeem

Purchasing Gift Cards

To place an order for Gift Cards, simply register your business. You will be required to enter your business address, contact details and ABN. Once approved, our Corporate Services team will activate your account within 48 hours.

Registration Process

  1. Visit corporate.giftcards.com.au/Account/Register, complete and submit the registration form. Your registration will be approved in 24 business hours (AEST).
  2. Once approved you will receive an email from corporate.services@coles.com.au providing you with a link to set your password.
  3. Log on via corporate.giftcards.com.au using your username and password.
  4. You are now able to place and complete your order.

Selecting Your Gift

You may select either Coles Group & Myer Gift Cards or an individual store Gift Card, Gift Cards may be loaded with a value between $5 to $4999.

Personalised Presentation

To add a personal touch, you have the option of applying a special message to the complimentary presentation folder. Or if you prefer, you can elect to receive cards without a folder.

Activate your Gift Cards

For security reasons, all business Gift Cards are delivered "inactive" and are activated by the recipient. You may choose to either bulk activate your Gift Cards, or activate them in smaller groups as you require. This can be done online. Digital Gift Cards are delivered active and do not require activation.

Payment Options

You can pay for your Gift Cards by Mastercard, VISA, AMEX and Direct Deposit. Once payment is received, you will be issued with a tax invoice and production of your gift card order will begin.

Card Delivery

All gift card orders are delivered directly to a nominated recipient and address. Once an order is delivered, it is the nominated contact's responsibility to ensure that the Gift Cards are activated and distributed appropriately. Gift Cards are delivered by secure courier throughout Australia.

Delivery Timeframe

For delivery via courier, your Gift Cards will be delivered to the nominated address within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of payment and issue of tax invoice.

Redeeming Gift Cards

You may use your Gift Card to purchase most products available in store. Please note: Some conditions and exclusions apply. For full details regarding the use of Gift Cards, please refer to our Gift Cards Terms of Use.

Where_to_use

More Than Once, More Than One Participating Store

You can use your card as many times as you like in any of the participating stores, until the balance reaches zero.

If your purchase is more than the amount available on your gift card, you will need to make up the full amount with other types of payment, for example cash, EFTPOS, credit card.

Your Gift Card Value

When purchased, each Gift Card is loaded with a value a value between $5 and $4,999 by the purchaser. If the card value is not printed on the card, you may check your balance online by using the 4 digit PIN on the reverse of your card. Alternatively, contact the Corporate Services Team on 1300 725 159.

Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
